What really surprised me while I was majoring in science in college was that the world is not what it appears to be. For example, according to quantum physics, the most basic building blocks of the world as we know it are fundamentally uncertain in the way they exist and behave. God does play dice with the Universe, contrary to Einstein’s assertion. I wanted to give some of these concepts form and color to make them visible and accessible for us to ponder on.
